Congratulations to Tim the "20K Man" and a new 52T and some affordable HOF'er autos

First, congratulations Tim! You've been a super contributor to CU and a real gentleman in my book.

Now, I just wanted to add this 52T to my humble collection - it's just that there's something about a nicely centered card - coupled with an Iconic Design - that really gets me excited.

The scratches are in my 13 year old scanner.

1994 Nabisco All Star Legends

They ran a promotion and if one sent in 5 bucks, they sent you an auto'ed HOF'er - besides these 4, they also had an actual signing with Nabisco cards with Sparky Lyle - I don't have it.

The entire set of 4 can usually be picked up for around 30 bucks or so. I'm not fussy - so this is an OK way to have an HOF'er on a card for not a lot of dough.

side note: my wife asked if we could watch FB this season? I said sure! She picked Dallas as "our" team. I'm watching and it's very, very painful at this moment. image

Always loved those Nabisco cards. And agreed, Tim is top notch and I'm really glad he's a contributor on these boards. The same goes for you, Mike. Here's to 20K more!

Thanks for all the good wishes ands kind words, guys! I have learned a great deal myself on these forums and always enjoy sharing experiences and our collections.

Mike, I've always admired your patience as a collector in waiting for the right card to come along, and for the variety in your collection, as well. It's an honor to share the 20,000 post plateau with you.

Here's one of my more recent and exciting additions to my 1975 Topps collection~I collect both mini and regular sized 1975 Topps baseball cards, as well as OPC. Some of you may recall me ripping a 1975 rack pack a while back~this card was the highlight of that rip and makes a beautiful addition to the set:
