at 19.47 spot silver they contain 7.04 worth of silver. Not a good deal for me.

That's about 15% above melt and a decent price for 90% "junk silver" coin, if it's with free s&h. 90% do have a small build in premium

Melt is just above 14 x face, $8 is 16 x face; that would be a good deal if they were xf walking Liberty Halves.

For nice AUs I'd go $8. But yeah for xf $7.50 would be better.

the only logical reason to buy XF Franklins is the bullion play. Hilarious as it seems, 15% premium may be reasonable to some, but a reasonable buyer will say "too much."

I take great pride in contributing nothing, I do it only to build up my post count to make ignorant people think I really am saying something of importance, when in reality I'm mostly talking to myself out loud on a declining in contributions message board. Can I go now?
