Not exactly metal detecting, but good finds

I did a nickel roll search today, $50 worth of nickles.

There were several 1940's and $50's dated coins that I did not bother with ( someone else should be happy).

I did pull a 1939, 1941, 1941S, two 1948S's, and the two most important coins: a 1919 buffalo, and a 1943D war nickel. Not a bad day !!

That's a decent haul of nickels! You have to wonder how someone can throw a Buffalo into a roll. And that WTN is a nice treat!

    Very cool find.
I sometimes think it would be fun to throw in a buffalo nickel with one of my rolls for the bank. Perhaps somebody will find it and get excited about the hobby!
