Ebay down since 10:18 PM last night

Ebay is having some problems. All servers worldwide were down yesterday for a period of time, and now the US site has been down since 10:18 last night. If it is system maintenance, they are doing a pretty miserable job of it, taking down their bread and butter for such an extended period of time. If it's a hack, well, they've got some serious problems...

    same here...no issues whatsoever ... Not sure what the op is referring to.

    I could not get in at Ebay.com, so I checked at IsItDown.com and it showed Ebay.com as being down since 10:18 last night. I'll try an alternate route as suggested...

    Interesting problem, if I try to go to ebay.com it does not work, but if you try to go to any other ebay page it seems to work.

    I was definitely down last night. I thought my internet was down, but then I could get on any other site.

    What I am concerned about is that I had a bunch of true auctions close during the outage. How much money did I lose? Do I have any recourse from Ebay?

    Was working for me up until just now as well - tried Chrome, Fierfox, ie and cleared cache .. However, the eBay app is working on my iphone 5-S

    I am in Southern California. I was down on my computer, but working on my mobile device. This morning it is working again.
