I saw GNR at MSG and they pulled the same crap. I had heard that they went on late, but I disregarded it. I had to go to work the next morning, not a pleasant morning.
My first was Elton John when I was 8 or 9, but the 1st without my parents was the 1st Lalapalooza in '91. It wasn't like the following years with multiple stages and all that. It was a regular concert, but with a big lineup.

I saw Y&T that same year at Warno's Theatre in Fresno. Went to a couple of Mountain Aire shows, too. First one had Ratt, REM, Berlin, Cars and Huey Lewis.

The only 1 I have ever been to was in Ames Ia. (sp) many years ago. Maybe 1993?
The 3 acts were Sawyer Brown- friggin AWESOME Diamond Rio- Average at best Clay Walker- Man, I like his music, but I think I could of put up a better show
The 1 thing that sticks out in my mind is how much "herbal remady" was being consumed. You could write your name in the air! LOL
