    Looks to be a great representative of the series. It's not perfectly struck, but not too many of them were. Nice & lustrous.

    The SLQ design is stunning and your example is especially nice. I think most type sets would be proud to have that coin.

    sweet example all dripping in luster

    adds to the eagle in flight on the reverse....the luster back there is like the wind under his wings

    Even though this is an old tread I still like that coin, It has always amazed me that
    such a beautiful design, The most beautiful quarter dollar the US ever made only
    had a 14 year run.
