What sport do you remember Bo Jackson for more?

The guy was as popular as you can get at the time playing baseball and football, but I just seem to always remember him as a baseball player. I watched him play his whole career in both sports and was obviously a much better football player than baseball player, but the baseball player is the only part I seem to look back at. I love both sports, so it feels a little weird saying that since his football career is almost non existent with me and he was on his way to being one of the greatest if not the greatest running back ever. Am I the only one who feels this way?

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Bo knows Baseball!
Thanks,

to shortstop for a hit and he threw a strike from right field to nail a runner at the plate after a base hit even though the runner was off with
the crack of the bat with 2 outs. (It wasn't even a close play at the plate.) From that day on I was a huge Bo the baseball player fan.
He was truly a man among boys that day.

He was definitely more talented as a football player, but that was/is a tougher sport to play if you are not 100% physically.

<< <i>Baseball, though I wasn't into NFL football at that time and watched a ton of MLB. Now it seems to have reversed, ever since I started playing fantasy FB. >>

Its football for me as well
<< <i>Baseball. He started his pro sports career as a baseball player and finished his sports career as a baseball player...and he only played in 38 career games as a football player. >>
Even with a small sample had he stayed healthy he had a shot at being an all time great in Football. In Baseball that wasn't the case. I did love it when he ran vertically on the outfield wall.
Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.
His 1st minor league card in 1986 which is really undervalue compare to his 1987 with Frank Thomas.

I'm glad I got to see him play and that he's enjoyed a resurgence of popularity on the heels of the ESPN 30 For 30 documentary.
One of the greatest "what if" stories in all of sports.

I was just about to write nearly the exact same thing!!!
Loved watching him play for the Royals. Probably one of my favorites of all time. He needed work here and there, but he was fun to watch!
Being Chiefs fan, I couldn't believe he had to play for the #1 rival...
Saw Bo at the barbershop in Tucson when Bo did some spring training work with the White Sox
