Any problems are not OK in that grade, but the ones it has are minor enough to get by IMO.

Submit it to PCGS by all means. Mark the submission form to holder genuine. Make sure you report back here to tell us what happened with PCGS.

I see it as a no problem AG-3.

You'll need it attributed and in a holder anyway. So go for it.

My guess is it will grade without a problem.
