Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set: 1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S. Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!
If it sells, ebay will get 10%, or 10 cents. Paypal will get what... 32 cents? Postage is 49 cents I'm assuming he found it, so didn't account for any product cost.
That means he'll incur 91 cents in fees and will net 8 cents on a 10 cent face value coin.
Try again on the math, ebay gets 6 cents, paypal 3 cents, postage 49? so net 41 cents, less the envelope cost. Not a home run, but not a loss other than melt is probably $1.50, not sure on the multiplier exactly.

You know if this catches on, we could see the birth of a whole new cottage industry.
It used to be smashing pumpkins ... now it would be smashing coins.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

You have also made a mistake paypal charges a flat rate of .30 cents on every transaction at the .02 or what ever it is there for paypal fees are around .32 cents !!

right, Paypal charges 2.9% PLUS 30 cents, so essentially 33 cents.
Ebay charges me 10% final value fee the best I can tell. Are you saying this seller will only pay 6%? So the original math appears to be correct.
My bad on the PayPal fees, but if you have an ebay store the final value fees are only 6%. Now the B/E is $500 in total sales, but it does save you 4% if you sell that much. With 5280 feedbacks, I assumed he would have a store to save 4%.

Alright, 6% sounds fair then. This guy may just walk away with a few cents profit if it sells, haha
