Is there a site that has official spot prices for silver and gold? It seems like almost every PM related site has a different value.

Hope it helps
Kitco.com is pretty recognized and this page shows current price chart for selected metal as well as past two days. It must be refreshed for subsequent quotes. I also like the way the chart shows 24 hour prices keeping up with overseas action. Good historical charts as well.
Kitco also has some nice price apps. I use the taskbar app for my desktop that automatically updates with current prices of the metals of your choosing.
But wait, there's more! They also have some real time price charts that you can link to your website and even to your ebay listings provided you know how to insert html code.

I use a firefox extension that puts a toolbar on the browser
Livegold extension
Unfortunately it broke when firefox went to version 29. I like my firefox but a new version update every 2 weeks is getting silly I stopped updating at 26

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Other sites like 321gold and coinflation pull from kitco. Kitco probably gets their feed from thebulliondesk
real time metals
I confirmed this. Right on the GLD ETF web site it says their source for pricing is thebulliondesk
GLD uses thebulliondesk
