We are holding a metal detecting hunt and we will be burying an estimated 100 silver dimes per entry. We expect 70-100 paid entries. ... Been doing this for 29 years just trying to get an early start.

    That sounds like fun. image

You might want to post a WTB (Want To Buy) ad on the BST Forum. Also, you could go through APMEX or a similar bullion dealer and buy bags: APMEX Dimes

Seeded MD hunts are fun and often attract a good crowd.... 7000 dimes is a lot, you must be covering a huge area...Cheers, RickO

I cannot even fathom burying 7000 dimes, one by one.

As the date nears I will buy all I can handle at melt. I was hoping to buy a few thousand at a number behind melt value it someone wanted to unload... Thanks for the PM's and questions. Jim
