Building new client base.
We decided to take a new approach to building out client base. Instead of spending $30,000 on a marketing campaign that would be hit or miss, we chose to reduce prices for "NEW CLIENTS' ( yes we call them clients not customers!) for their INITIAL PURCHASE. Our mindset is that if you make a potential profit off your first transaction then you will most likely call us for a quote on your second purchase. Most suppliers are within .5-2% of each other. We are banking on our customer service winning our clients over.

Knowledge is the enemy of fear
Fixed.
Waiting 8 to 10 weeks on a minimum order of $3,500 isn't very good customer service, especially if you can cancel the order when the market moves against you, and I can't.
I knew it would happen.
What's the new client, walk in, cash price on a box of 500 silver eagles?
Kind of a misnomer for a cash for gold shop?
I knew it would happen.

As a buyer, it would be pretty hard for me to sell something I don't have and with no assurance I'd get it.

Hit the nail on the head.
ASEs are my thing, but I'll pass on this offer.

Personally speaking, I can't say "all", but this one is so glaringly obvious to run from, run very fast. nibanny hit it all on the head right off the bat too.
What is your price for 1 ounce of gold or 100 ounces of silver?
I decided that if I held onto it until you sweet and trustworthy folks finally decided you can ship well then that would save
you the inconvenience of having to carry my money on your books.
Oh BTW Wanda, you sure have a lot of internet activity,

<< <i>Well, since gold has moved up lately, it's not a very good motivation to be shipping anything for awhile. I'm sure they'll take good care of your $$$s. >>
Their selling business model is based on profiting from PM price declines. I believe they are a day late and a dollar short. They'd be better off focusing on buying.
