Got back this weekend to the place that yielded the large cent. Also tried a couple new areas. Not much at the 1st place, got an IHC, a vintage cufflink. Got another IHC at a nearby location as well.
Sunday went to two new spots. First spot dated to the 1800s, but it was pretty slow coin-wise. Did manage a pocket spill of 4 IHCs at only a few inches, and a 1988 Washington quarter at 5. Go figure. Also got a 1916-S Buff nickel, a sac dollar, small crotal bell, junk ring, an AA token. But where is the silver?
Also ended the weekend with 14 wheat cents ranging from 1909 to 1956. Any idea on age of the nozzle?
HH all!
