    I'm guessing it's unrelated to NGC and is a seller's grade since NGC didn't mention a details grade. I'd bet it was done by a bulk seller as an easy way to sort out quality levels among many coins with otherwise similar NGC labels. Plus, a shiny sticker never hurts.

    Makes sense to have a way to separate the different grades of a non graded coin.
