Alibaba doesn't make what it sells. It's the chinese ebay for those that do make the fakes. Alibaba could care less, even allows them to advertise the items as fake. This is the business model that SEC should be questioning before granting application to the exchange listing.

It seems to me that selling a non-gold coin that has "1 oz. fine gold" stamped into it is straight-up fraud and should be covered under some trade agreement.
