Also, you have to wait 90 days before you get your rebate. In addition you need $10 in "Available Rebates" to cash-out via Paypal or check by postal mail.

Ebates also lists them - up to 1% BUT they (or eBay) limit the categories you can earn the rebate on. Take a wild guess what is not included!!!

    Cameras & Photo 0.0%
    Cell Phones & Accessories 0.0%

you and me both though I had to file a complaint with my State's AG Office to get all my money - naming Microsoft, PayPal and Ebay in the complaint. I won and received apology letters from all three (sure wish I would have kept them - kind of like David and the Goliaths)!!

Perhaps a decrease in deflation is inflation?

Did anyone get the bid on 5 things or more in a week and automatically get $5 in EBay bucks?

I got it and made the bids, let's see what happens now. I made them out of the bullion category just to be safe but it looked like they would accept bullion as a bid just not pay the winning ebay bucks.
Witty sig line currently under construction. Thank you for your patience.
