I remember years ago on "The Tonight Show" Jay Leno made fun of him on his "Headlines" segment regarding a Brett Bogus rare coin dealer print ad, and said something along the lines of "Brett Bogus?? That's a great name to sell rare coins!!" Brett turned that comment around in all his CW ads with a little blurb at the bottom saying, "Brett Bogus Rare Coins as seen on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno!"
In my three transactions with him, he paid fair and well, but it looks like I was the exception. With problem dealers you can always choose to require only cash with all sales final.

There are some people who’s cash is no good. 😉
Q: When does a collector become a numismatist?
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
