    I got my swap yesterday from MacCoin. I got a good assortment of slabs/proofs/business strikes.

    Colorized 2000 SAE in a presentation box.

    These are the first colorized coins I've owned, strangely compelling.

    I got mine from MuchoGrande... Nice variety

    1837 large cent,
    1875 dime, (my favorite!)
    a '71 russian kopek,
    a barber half (1912S, as I recall),
    and a '44 WL half and '64 roosie.

    When I get coins, I like to ask "what would this coin have purchased in the year it was minted?"

    So, what did a penny buy in 1837? How about a dime in 1875?
