Question:Does a common error on a Gov't sealed Proof/Unc. set translate to a higher value...

due to it's more stricter quality control factor over the general circ. strikes of the same type of common error?

It would if it was a big error.

If it's minor like a quality control issue, it might reduce the value.

Depends on the particular error....and the magnitude as GrumpyEd indicated...i.e. - minor rotation, not much. DD, a big deal. Cheers, RickO
