Is this error fake??

I picked this up in a group of odd coins. There were some clips in the group and some cuds. Just wondering what everyone thought about this coin. Was it made after leaving the mint or is it a mint error.

Fake double strike and a really bad fake too. Worth five cents, but good luck getting a machine to take it.

Would be good to keep for a point of reference to help in authenticating future finds as PMD. Sort of like assembling a dosier of various denominations/types of PMD examples, to assist in verifying what is genuine in your future finds.
