Right place right time is a thing of beauty usually. Nice job. What'd ya pay if you don't mind me asking? and was it Halves, Quarters, Dimes? Just trying to get a gauge for it compared to a coin show. Thanks

I was at the gun show in fort worth on Saturday, the coin dealers were asking 23 times face. One guy walked the isles 3 times with a new Smith & Wesson m&p 10 in 308 with extras asking 1100 dollars. I could not believe he still had it. I brought it home for 1000 and a ps90 with eotech for 1200. Passed on the silver. The gun show 2 weeks earlier I picked up 3 nice vf capped bust halves for 65 each.

Every gun show I have ever attended in Phoenix has at least one bullion dealer . Usually its Republic Monetary Exchange, but I always spot coins here and there. I traded silver rounds for a Mountain Lion rug, nice one, almost 7 feet tail to nose.

I went to a gun show last weekend. The bullion dealer there had two MS64 PCGS and one MS64 and one MS65 NGC beautifully colorful toned Morgans. He wanted GS bid, so I bought them all. One NGC Morgan was even CACed.

$17x. It was halves (12 walkers,6 frankies,5 Kennedies) and Washington quarters. Nice condition stuff. Just a little more to sock away. image

The only other fellow with any silver was asking $21x and wouldn't budge. All the 999 I saw was generic or overpriced SAE's

Gun Show = pretty safe venue, imo.
