I was shocked to see prices like that for circs . It made me appreciate the 3 local places I frequent that much more.
Sometimes I go to shows just to make sure what I pay is in the right ballpark. Today I found out , those guys are doing great by me.
One table that had a big bag of 90% quarters for 16x face and that was the best I could find. He was selling some ASE's for 24.50 which was better than other tables.

have advocated selling of circulated silver dollars for a long time now...
Some other outrageous prices , Pandas, Canadian wildlife 1 oz. Kooks.
Some tables with price lists for "early Date" ASE's $46 for a 1986 ASE
The reason you saw them was because no one in their right mind would buy them at that price. If they were correctly valued, they would've been had.

Biased statement...lol... IJ... They are bought at 29+ at I'm sure at many outlets...
Sure they are, and that is called preying on those lacking the knowledge of being able to buy them for up to 20% cheaper in this current market. Remember, we're talkiing about circs. You mean to tell me that you're buying 1921 Morgans in G-F for $29 rt1? I need to start taking some pics and sending them to you if you are

POM its called a market, u dont pay the same for ground beef per lb than i do, nor tbone, rib eye, gas, electricity...
your view is to narrow, expand your vision, wake up... lol
I know that you know this.
For commons - Usually AG-G are treated like culls, VG-F at one price, VF_XF at another, AU, and then BU.
Obviously, 1904 and before Morgans trade at a premium to 1921's or Peace.
No one is trading Morgans anywhere near melt, they trade at a decent premium. You were probably buying VF's at $8-$9 when silver was at $6.
Extrapolate off those numbers and you are around $30 now.
Keep on Stack'n!!
