I am posting this for a friend, so any help would be greatly appreciated...
We usually see each other at local auctions here in the Harrisburg / Hagerstown area...
He has exhausted his searches and I suggested posting it here (with all the knowledgeable folks)...so thanks in advance...
Here are the pics (I apologize them for not being great - they were behind glass and I have an IPHONE 4

Anyway - I know one sold on ebay recently, but that one also has limited information, he also mentioned bringing it to the National with no good leads on what they are exactly...
