    Frivolous lawsuits are filed every day. This guy has to have proof and a lot of it in order to win a judgment or force a settlement.

    You guys are mistaken. This lawsuit has been brought by a pre-eminent plaintiffs' law firm that has litigated these types of cases very successfully over the years. Link. They wouldn't invest in the case if it didn't have legs. Moreover, the size of the defendants doesn't really mean much -- the big Wall Street defendants have been forced to cough up billions of dollars in various legal settlements over the years.
