2014 ASE's

Just sleeved about 200 2014 ASE's and I would have to say the mint did a great job IMO. I have about 35 years grading Morgans and I must say that I would hate to look through rolls of eagles and try to find the difference between a 69 and a 70 on this run. I sleeved them right out of fresh tubes right out of a "I cut the seal " monster box. I have seen the milk spots on CML's but it would be tough to see a flaw on what I have seen so far.

has anyone else seen any "known defects"?????

keep stackin

I have not heard of any yet, and I peruse the U.S. coin forum daily..... However, milk spots usually take a while to manifest. I recommend an acetone bath prior to storage. Cheers, RickO

The couple rolls I cracked looked really nice and spot free. It is not unusual to find spotted coins right from new mint tubes.

Thanks for the heads up....I was really impressed as the 2013's were not as nice. Maybe the early numbered box when the dies were fresh made the difference.......

    Thanks again and keep stacking
