Just got a letter from the Parks Department of a City where I had to get written permission to detect telling me that they are not letting anyone detect in any of their parks system anymore. This is the place where I spoke about the "Bad Apple"image that was leaving holes and large plugs. He screwed it for everyone except himself. He'll still be there because they can't stop him unless they catch him. You can post a speed limit but the speeders still drive as fast as they want.

    That is a shame.... these slob detectors ruin it for other hobbyists who work hard to keep things neat and preserve MD areas. Sorry to hear this PPC, I hope they catch the slob... Cheers, RickO

    Sorry to hear. That is what happens, one bad apple will spoil it for everyone. Hopefully he is caught at some point.
