The mint will send the mint bag separately and than the coin is shipped when it becomes available. You won't be charged twice for shipping on one order. The mint pays for shipping afterwards. The mint is losing money on the shipping.

My order from 12:04 on 3/27 for four coins (one each of gold/silver proof/BU) just went in stock and reserved. Was an expected shipping date of today. We shall see. No shipping notification yet but looking good.
