I don't know if it qualifies as "goofy" but the card with Mike Tyson and the back of his head is always funny to me.

The 1963 IDL Steelers set has a bunch of goofy pictures. Whoever designed them took a bunch of action shots and made head-and-shoulder shots of them. Here's the Red Mack from that set:
