    I dunno, I think the fellow is clever. Ebay fees have tripled or quadrupled in the last decade. If the guy wants to conduct any real business, he needs the 20% discount. I believe 100 transactions are required to achieve that.

    looks like he's trying to sell to himself with another account to build his feedback. His only cost is the FVF, unless he gets caught shilling. Woulda been smarter to buy his own buy it nows.

    Yes, minimum 100 transactions within past 12 months is one hurdle to seller discount.

    Store front will reduce you to 6% FV Fee in coin category. Top Seller discount knocks another 20% off of that.

    I have seen some listed for $1 buy nows. Same deal local pickup only. Just selling feedback , people trying to get their feedback up or bury negs under new positives. Part of the underbelly of ebay

    Google " blackhatworld " and read the ebay paypal section of that forum.
