Barely qualifying is still qualifying. It's not too far off from the Wexler 2012-P 25¢ AK WDDR-001.

Bump Doubling where the die gets bumped by the hub. It's quite common with this single squeeze technology.

No doubt. Most doubling of this type is quite common and quite minor but.........it's still a doubled die.

The ear doubling is known to occur on Lincoln Cents, too.
However, your photos are not good enough for me to distinguish DDO ear from some old die polishing. (obviously old enough that the die wear is still evident on the obverse)
A doubled ear should still have the general shape of the ear and this one seems a bit triangular and somewhat planar, which makes me wonder if it is from an old die polishing.
