Did anyone get there PayPal 1099 form in the mail? I feel like it should have come by now, but I have not seen it.

    Are they not required to mail them? (if not people could play dumb and forget about them...or borderline and unsure if they should be getting one or not)

    I dont think anyone here knows the real answer to that question...prob the reason for lack of responses...

    Wait a minute---employers are required to mail 1099 forms as well as are institutions that create 1099-INT forms like banks,etc. How come Paypal isn't held to the same standard?
