White Paper.
"""In a white paper distributed late last month, the Postal Service's inspector general discussed getting into an array of financial services as a means of keeping the money-losing mail operation afloat. Payday loans, check cashing and digital currency exchanges were among the possibilities outlined in the Jan. 27 report."""

-May actually work
It's all about what the people want...
Can't remember the last time I was actually in a Post Office. Thank God, as the line was 50 people deep as
I do recall.

Went to three different post offices early this week. None had more than 3 people in line. They are not nearly as busy as they used to be.
They refuse to stock Priority Mail boxes except for the more pricey Flat Rate boxes. I end up ordering non Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes on-line in quantity for my business. Postmasters uniformly cite a lack of space but alway have room for the trinkets and trash they try to sell in the lobby.

If it needs to get there, pay for the package.
