Picked up 2 errors at the B&M today.
He picked up the cent from behind the counter and flung it at me (it was in a 2X2) and asked me "what do you think this is? He found it in a bunch of bulk wheaties he bought. The quarter was sitting in his showcase of NEWPS from FUN and I snagged it also just because it's BU and neat and has possibly 2 clips to it. The obvious one and a tiny one at 10-11:00 on the obv, better seen on the reverse at 7-8:00.
What would you value these in a retail setting?

Yes, with late stage brockage.

<< <i>Yep, a brockage, not a counterbrockage. Rotate the coin and you can see the the bit of UNUM visible is reversed. >>
I'll take your word for it!

<< <i>I agree that the quarter has two clips. >>
Me too. Look for the clad layer inversion on the edge. That will be definitive.
<< <i>That cent is unique..... cool find..Cheers, RickO >>
