Looks well-struck, decently lustrous, no real wear that I can see. Reverse is 63ish, Liberty looks like her face got in a fight with a cheese grater. Overall eye appeal to me is poor. Toning is likely original, but not a plus.
I see the obverse as 60, bumped up to 61 for luster. The reverse I see as a 63. I grade it MS61. It wouldn't surprise me to see it in a 62 holder. I don't think it's a coin I'd be tempted by.
