Looking for TTM address for Stan Jefferson

I am looking for a TTM address for Stan Jefferson. He played for the Mets, Yankees, Padres. He was also a NY City Police Officer. I would like to send a card to him to have signed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    He is a very difficult signature who I don't believe signs TTM unfortunately.......

    I was able to secure an autograph for my Orioles Crown collection back in 1995, when he went to Spring Training with the Mets as a replacement player and a freind of mine who lives in Port St. Lucie was able to get it for me in person.

    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    That is a 7 year old story. I hope he has sought treatment over the past few years. A google search didn't show any new news on him.
    Who knows -- he might enjoy some correspondence.
