Was going over some coins before listing them and noticed the date on this looking doubled/repunched ?

Based on that image, I'm not seeing anything. For what it's worth, machine doubling is quite common with this series.

Likely repunched. There is a 1937 example that is repunched as well, which looks similar, however it is a bit more drastic. No premium that I am aware of, but I always like varieties and mint made variations!
