A Short Hunt

Final got out for a short hunt yesterday. It's been 50 the last 2 days and the sun has melted most of the snow on the South side of places. I hunted the grassy area by a concession stand and found $3.77. The first 9 finds were quarters and the last 7 finds were pennies. I like that kind of ratio. Found a 64 Rosie in there too. First silver for in loooooong time.

Neat finds in the unusually warm weather. Pretty sure I'm done for the season now. My wife did get me a book for Christmas titled The Urban Treasure Hunter, so that's a good kickoff for the off season

The weather went from the upper 50's yesterday (and I couldn't get out) to 6 this afternoon. I think that I'm officially done for the year.
