What are Norfed dollars worth?

I was browsing 1 oz. rounds at Amagi metals and these look like Norfed dollars although they aren't described as such.
Its a lot more than I'd pay but I haven't noticed any recently at APMEX or Provident and Ebay supposedly banned them.
