So I'm guessing that it's a PCGS label error (or they got it wrong) and then JA noticed and put those red stickers with notes on them before sending it back to the OP?

Reeded edge refers to the Capped Bust Half, not the Seated Half. It is a mechanical error and CAC didn't want to sticker the error. My take is, that once the label is corrected, it will get the sticker.
