1921 Fatman Dollar

I came across a 1921 "fatman" dollar at a pawn shop today. They want $150.00 for it. I'd say it's in F/VF. I am not so good with prices but I would think that's rather overpriced. $30-40.00 might be better. Am I right on that? Is there something I am missing?

I have not followed these lately but they have cooled off from their high. $150 would be a pass for me too

Last I checked, wholesale buyers were paying $60-$75 for such a coin. Fair retail right now is about $80-$90 for this piece if genuine.

Thank you for the figures, folks.

So far I have only looked at it in the case. I have not looked at it closely.
