What's up with the strange marks on this IH Heritage image?

Two puzzling small square boxes that look like a camera malfunction but show up on both sets
of images on this 1899 PCGS PR67RB Indian Head Cent. A plastic defect in the slab?

The only thing I see are scuffs on the holder.

The almost perfect squares make it look like something other than scuffs.
There are a couple of lighter ones you pick up on the left image, one between
the 4th & 5th feather and one on cheek just to left of hair curl. All squares,
very odd and makes me wonder if it's an image pixelation defect due to the geometry.

I see a third square in the feathers of the slab shot and feel it on the holder not the coin.
