this seller isn't aware that the Morgan and slab are fake? The reason for my thinking is that there's a return policy and decent images. Still haven't heard back from the seller. Good images for your data base Lance, saved them as well.

There is a good chance.

We've had pretty good luck lately with sellers ending listings on their own.

The holder is an obvious fake. Not the worst fake coin we've seen lately. At least the date is not horribly misshapen.

That's the problem with these Chinese fakes, once they enter the ebay system they just keep getting recycled on ebay, mostly by unaware buyers/sellers. Need a system where PCGS gets custody/possession of them (as copyright holder) and is able to verify their destruction.

The "1" in 1339 does not appear to be properly placed, but the images are blurry enough I would not report it.

Reported all 3, the 84CC and 85O are no debaters. I'm assuming the 89CC falls into the same category.

The bar codes on counterfeit slabs usually don't scan. This one's bar code scans, but matches another PCGS coin. This MS64 1893-S.

Go big or go home, I guess.

In some cases, I am sure the seller is truly unaware.... however, that is likely the minority.... most, I believe, know full well the coins are fake. Cheers, RickO
