    Lusterlicious.

Sorry if I missed it but what's your goal?
Other than the obvious, like picking up super nice walkers.

Maybe those are not hits on the sun? I don't like seeing hits like that in the prime focal areas.

Looks pretty nice, congrats! I would guess 64.

  • Nice coin...picture looks kinda mushy on my laptop. In hand I bet the luster really stands out. Too many hits on the sun and right fields probably keep it from gem, but still a keeper!

    I see a 65, very nice!!

Luster looks tremendous. Based on the images, I think it has a shot at 65 at PCGS although those marks on the sun preclude gem for many (I believe Jim Halperin for one). Another nice coin for your set.

You guys are all pretty close. It is a 64 plus. A few marks on the sun and in the right facing field likely keep it from gem but I have seen worse gems. I think it is a nice near gem example IMHO.

I can't believe you have these beautiful Walkers in the NGC Registry...where they have the nads to give zero points to PCGS coins. Most of your coins are PCGS.....why not cross the others (or send in raw) to PCGS and do the BETTER Registry over here??? Just asking.

They give equal points for both---NGC AND PCGS---but there are a few NGC coins that I want to upgrade and, if NGC won't regrade them right, I will send them over to PCGS for proper grading. image

I think it is cool that they except and give equal points to both NGC and PCGS coins in their registry...I also somewhat understand why PCGS does not return the favor image

A very lofty goal. I'm too short for my pockets to be deep enough for that.

My guess would be that PCGS are generally better for the grade than ngc.image

Indeed. I wouldn't be happy with anything less than a 63. And a few of them, like the 19-D and 21-S, are going to be quite a challenge.

I buy mostly 64s. I will not go below 63.

Very nice Walker.. I agree with the grade and but for a mark or two it sure would have been a 66... Cheers, RickO
