I saw one of these on a website and just loved the design! After searching for a few months, I found an example on ebay and was able to purchase it for a reasonable price.
Whats even better is that this comes with the original box and a photo of the athlete who received the medal! This is the pewter version which was given as a participation medal.

The sculptor is Edgar Bertram Mackennal (1863-1931).
