A redeeming submission with lots of photos and a link to my registry set

By having shared some of my "bad" submission results I hope I have earned the opportunity to share some of my good results as well.

I've felt pretty beaten up on my last two submissions both coming in significantly below my projected grades. Frankly, I wasn't really looking forward to getting my 37 coin economy submission back last week to be told I wasted more money at our hosts. Fortunately, this time around PCGS convinced me to continue sending them coins. Of the 37 coins in my submission, many of which were submitted for grading and resale my numeric grades came back a net of ZERO points off with 18 coins receiving the numerical grade I had projected. I did not do as well on the CAM/DCAM designations; but I knew I had submitted several that may have been marginal.

The submission upgraded 14 coins in my 1950-1964 Proof Set Registry; nearly 20% of the 75 coins in that registry set! I'm very proud of my registry set which I don't believe I've linked in a thread previously. Of the 75 coins in the set, I have purchased all but 5 coins raw; and most of those I have purchased graded were because the amount paid approximated the cost of grading. These 14 upgraded coins moved me from 17th to 14th in the registry rankings.

Here are the results of that submission along with my expected grades:

1954 Dime 67 - Great toning on this one, I had it as a 67 Trueview
1954 Dime 67+ - I had it as a 67 CAM, but the obverse is weak, and they are probably right
1958 Dime 68 CAM - Nice toning on this one also, I had it as a 68 CAM - Upgrade TrueView
1961 Dime 67 CAM - I had as a 68 DCAM, the reverse is probably CAM
1964 Dime 69 CAM - I expected 68 DCAM, hoped for 69 DCAM, they're probably right.
1954 Cent 66 RD - I graded it 67 RD, has frosted toned devices - Upgrade
1955 Cent 67 RD - I had as 66 CAM; I'm still surprised it didn't get CAM - Upgrade
1957 Cent 67 RD - I had as 66 CAM; weak cameo on the reverse probably prevented CAM - Upgrade
1960 Cent LD 68+ CAM - I had as 68 DCAM; the reverse probably prevented DCAM - Upgrade
1961 Cent 67 CAM - I had as 68 CAM
1961 Cent 67 DCAM - I had as 67 CAM; am pleased with the DCAM - Upgrade
1964 Cent 69 DCAM - I had it as a 69 DCAM; replacing my previous 69 DCAM - Upgrade
1951 Nickel 66 CAM - I had it as a 65 CAM, pleased with this one - Upgrade
1955 Nickel 67 - I had it as a 66 CAM, the reverse frost is a little weak, but nice coin
1963 Nickel 68 DCAM - I had as 67 DCAM
1954 Quarter 66 CAM - I had as 68 CAM, attractive toning lowered the grade IMHO keeping this one over a 67 CAM with weak frost - Upgrade TrueView
1955 Quarter 67 - I had as 67 CAM
1956 Quarter 67 CAM - I had as 67 DCAM, fields probably not deep enough for DCAM
1964 Quarter 69 - I had it as a 69 hoping for a 70 no frost, but a great clean coin.
1964 Quarter 68 CAM - I had as 68 DCAM, not sure what I need to get a DCAM on this date - Upgrade
1955 Half 66 - Hoped for 66 CAM; weak obverse
1955 Half 67 - Hoped for 67 CAM; weak obverse
1955 Half 66 CAM - I had as 67 CAM
1964 Half AH 66 - I had as 64 CAM; light frost on this one.
1964 Half 68 CAM - Hoped for a 69 CAM, very clean - Upgrade
1956 Nickel 65 CAM - I had as 66 CAM
1955 Quarter 68 CAM - I had as 67 CAM; nice surprise - Upgrade
1955 Half 67+ CAM - I had 67 CAM - Upgrade
1955 Half 67 - I had 67 CAM; weak obverse
1955 Half 68 - I had 68
1955 Half 68 - I had 68 CAM
1955 Half 67 - I had 68 CAM
1956 Half T1 67 - I had 67
1958 Half 66 - I had 66 CAM; deep fields with light frost
1958 Half 66 CAM - I had as 67 CAM
1960 Half 68 CAM - I had as 68 CAM
1961 Half 67 CAM - I had as 67 CAM - DCAM reverse - Upgrade
