I believe it would, especially if all of us forum members decided to part with at the same time, and were not allowed to buy any others from other members at the same time
I'm thankfull I still have a collection and house. Just got very lucky with the tornadoes moving throuh the area. My heart goes out to those not so lucky.

No..... People would by what they wanted, could afford and likely sell some of their accumulation... think about it, there are always thousands and thousands of coins for sale.... Cheers, RickO

Srsly.
It would be a mad scramble, no, the coin market would be re-arranged, not killed.
there would be a mad dash to buy each others' coins and we'd eachl end up with just as many (or perhaps more) coins.
After all, you didn't say that we would all suddenly give up coin collecting!
