Grey is not a color of copper I am used to seeing.

Looks more like a simple Secure-type scan than a TrueView.

Not every coin that gets imaged gets the same treatment.

Not a TV image. Appears to be a scan.

Note my Secure Scan of my RP Buff. looks nothing like the trueview image of it.

I would have definitively said scan also, but it says standard holder, not secure. They don't do scans for those, but it is not in the trueview format either

According to my administration tools this was a photograph taken back in 2005, very soon after I started working at PCGS. It is not a very good photo.
