This is a typical uneven strike for this type. Some areas suggest EF; most of the coin is VF. Therefore I compromised at VF-25.

I need to alter my guess of 15 to Nongradeable after giving it a closer look. I think the reverse graffiti will prevent a grade.

I like it as a 30. But I can see it grading at PCGS as a 25, or if they are in a happy generous mood maybe even a 35.

VF either way.

Looks like VF-25. VF-30 would not be out of the question.

The scratches above the eagle's neck might drop it down a tad.
