If money was a non issue.............

I would purchase one of these rolls, open just to quench my curiosity and post the results with a video. They've been discussed here for years and still these ultra rare rolls are available all the time. Does anybody here know someone that has purchased one of these?

Who cares if it's totally original in this discussion as the end rolls toned on one side and even a few near the end had rim toning.
White coins in an original old paper roll? Not!

This is from a bank liquidation when the bank went under (Carson City State Bank) and all the remaining assets were put into a trust.
What the heck does that even mean?
It's been fairly well established that this bank never existed. That fact alone is a huge red flag. The fonts used on the wrapper are modern
(I've personally had them reviewed by one of the best typographers in the United States) . . . there's a small full-color emblem on the wrapper,
which a bank wouldnever have used (why go to the expense of four-color printing for a utilitarian object like a coin wrapper?)
. . . etc.

<< <i>Has there ever been an instance where money was actually no object? >>
For most of us probably not, but no doubt there are a few [our Government included] who can throw as much money at/into something as it takes. Doesn't always mean they will get it tho. Thankfully the Gates and Buffett style boys don't have the hots for coins.
<< <i>The fact that you would say what you said (about wanting to rip one open) is exactly what sellers like this are relying on. It is a scam that has been around for a very long time. The story I have never seen is that someone actually received a whole roll of CC DOllars, OR THAT ANY OTHER COIN in the roll was anything but a common date in a common grade. >>
Sounds like CC means Craftily Contrived!
Hoard the keys.

This, but I'd still do coins.
How so?
If it were a genuine $10 roll, the text would be centered instead of cut off on the left.
