Back story....From a dealers website (don't know the dealer). Called and asked the price as it was not
posted. Quoted me $275 then asked someone in the background to look at it and see if it is a variety.
When I heard him say that, I knew the price was going up. But, after a few seconds he says is that okay?

I said yes to the $275 then offered $284 via Paypal. Got the coin and thought it was a 53 all day long.

Well, PCGS says it's a 55 so, I'm really stoked now!

I really expected a price of $700-800 as it was raw. I was not going to argue with him.

That sounds a bit high because the market for VAMs has thinned-out significantly in the last couple of years, but I could see it bringing $650-$700 at auction today...

So still an sweet 'pick for the price!
